1. Eligibility & Age
   • Participants must be at least 5 years old for the 5 km event.
   • Participants must be 18 years or older for the 10 km and 21 km races.

      

2. Registration & Ticketing
   • All registrations are final and non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be modified post-booking.
   • Internet or handling charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
   • Unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
     
     
3. Bib Collection & ID Verification
   • Bibs must be collected in person and are non-transferable.
   • Valid photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driver’s license, etc.) is mandatory.
     
     
4. Health & Safety Compliance
   • Participants confirm they are physically fit and have consulted a physician if required.
   • Participants assume all inherent risks including weather, traffic, and crowd conditions.
   • Participants must follow instructions from officials and medical staff.
   • Organizers may deny admission or participation at their discretion.
     
     
5. Liability & Waiver
   • Participants release organizers, ticketing partners, sponsors, and representatives from all liability.
   • Medical fitness certificate may be required, especially for minors with medical history.
   • Parental or guardian consent is mandatory for minors.
     
     
6. Event Changes & Force Majeure
   • Organizers may modify, delay, or cancel the event due to emergencies or regulations.
   • No refunds, transfers, or makeup events will be provided.
     
     
7. No-Show Policy
   • Participants who do not attend are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
     
     
8. Media, Communications & Data Consent
   • Participants consent to use of name, image, voice, and performance for promotions.
   • Participants agree to receive event updates via email and SMS.
   • Personal data may be used for administrative, marketing, and statistical purposes.
     
     
9. Service Disclaimer
   • Ticketing and registration services are provided “as is.”
   • No warranties are provided regarding availability or accuracy.
     
     
10. Amendments to Terms
    • Organizers reserve the right to update terms and conditions at any time.
    • Updated terms apply to all past and future registrations.
      
      

DISCLAIMER

1. Long-distance running is physically demanding and may result in serious injury or death.
2. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
3. You waive all rights to hold organizers, sponsors, ticketing platforms, volunteers, or medical staff liable.
4. You assume risks including falls, collisions, weather, traffic, uneven surfaces, and public disorder.
5. You certify that you are medically fit to participate.
6. You agree to follow all instructions from race officials and medical personnel.
7. Registrations, bibs, and merchandise are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. You release all parties from liability related to pre-existing medical conditions.
9. Organizers may refuse participation for health or safety reasons.
10. You authorize emergency medical treatment and agree to bear associated costs.
